Very nice postmodern Vilbert chairs designed by Verner Panton for Ikea, Denmark 1993. This chair was in production for 2 years; 1993 and 1994. It was not a success for the Ikea market so it was taken off the shelves and only 3000 chairs were made. That action exactly makes this Vilbert chair a rare object and a timeless collectable item. These fantastic playful chairs are made of melamine coated MDF boards in 5 different colours. They are barely used so still in excellent condition. Both chairs are marked with a sticker. Priced and sold individually.
