Beautiful shaped extendable dining table designed by Svend Aage Madsen and manufactured by K. Knudsen & Son, Denmark 1960. This table is 115 cm round and extendable using the foldable extension leaves up to a length of 175 cm. The self-storing butterfly leaves are perfect for quick and easy storage when larger size is not needed. The dining table is made of teak wood; the top is veneered with a nice warm grain to it and the sculptural legs are solid. It can use up to six chairs easily when extended. A fantastic high quality Danish dining table for any modern home, office or interior.
This very well-crafted dining table is in excellent condition, it is totally refinished with a high quality UV and water protective lacquer with preservation of authenticity. Marked with a stamp underneath the top. A real nice catch for any modern home, office or interior.
