Impressive post-modern table lamp model Shogun designed by Mario Botta for Artemide, Italy 1986. The cylindrical base is made of powder coated cast iron and features a black and white striped pattern. Two semi-circled, perforated diffusers can be adjusted to create variations of light partition and direction. This iconic lamp is a typical design originating from the Memphis-Milano movement. It features one E27 socket and an on/off switch at the cable. Beautiful table lamp in very good original condition. Marked with “Design Mario Botta – Milano Artemide – Modello Shogun – Made in Italy”. An incredible catch for any modern home, office or interior.
