Fantastic shaped dining set designed by Jacob Kielland-Brandt for I. Christiansen, Denmark 1960. The designer won the Cabinetmaker Guild price in Denmark 1960. The set consists of a round dining table including four dining chairs. Super hand-crafted table and chairs made in beautiful grained solid pine wood. This remarkable set holds a strong expression and is superbly finished. Have a look at the nice details, Mr. Kielland-Brandt also decided not to hide the wood connection but to show it very emphatically. The seats lean back slightly and the seating comfort is therefore very pleasant. It's also a very robust set and with their sleek and pronounced shape, they neatly fit into a wide range of interior styles.
This exceptional piece of Scandinavian modern design is in excellent condition, the set is fully refinished with a high quality UV and water protective matte lacquer with preservation of authenticity. Also completely structural checked and ready to use.
