Beautiful highboard model 13 designed by Gunni Omann and manufactured by Omann Jun, Denmark 1960. Superb example of Danish refined furniture. This rosewood highboard features wonderful details and great craftsmanship which Omann Jun and Gunni Omann are known for. Four doors with triangle sculpted pulls slide open to reveal a storage space with shelves and six drawers inside. The shelves are adjustable and can be removed entirely for open storage. Two wide drawers on the bottom supply additional storage. Details include an amazing grain to the rosewood, dovetail connections and sculpted pulls. The slim and rounded base contains tapered and tilted legs for an elegant yet playful look.
This well-crafted high quality highboard is in very good condition,; the wood it is totally refinished with a high quality UV and water protective lacquer with preservation of authenticity. Marked with a sticker at the back of the cabinet. An incredible catch for any modern home, office or interior.
