Fantastic industrial (garden) daybed in the manner of Jean Prouve and Pierre Jeanneret, France 1930. This very nice French daybed is made of black lacquered metal with metal spiral seat. The mattress is upholstered with a nice quality Richwool fabric by Keymer, which looks great in contrast with the metal frame. The daybed frame has wear along the edges and paint loss but that is the charm of this modern antique piece. Highly decorative and rare piece of French modernism design. A real nice catch for any modern interior, office or garden.
