Beautiful freestanding writing desk in the style of Arne Vodder, Vamo Sonderborg and Sign & Son, Denmark 1960. This well-crafted desk is made of rosewood and has an amazing grain to the wood. It is finished with brass details. This symmetric desk has four drawers including the original key. Very nice sculpted drawer handles, tapered solid rosewood legs and dovetailed joints showcase the impeccable attention to detail taken in the construction of the piece. Fantastic typical Danish quality desk that is finished all around. The writing desk is in very good original condition and is marked with “Made in Denmark” underneath the drawer units. A really nice catch for any modern home, office or interior.
